Another weary morning broken by some pre-dawn spin. It's tough to pull yourself awake after a restless sleep and the prospect of another day isolated at home during a pandemic, but I slogged down to the basement once again and revved up a 30 minute virtual spin class. I'm thinking at least 3 per week would help keep me sane: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and maybe a bonus on the weekend. I may even start cranking it up to a 45 minute ride more regularly. Day-by-day right now.
