End of the World Run Club, Part 1

At about five thirty I posted a simple message to the WhatsApp: I’m running at 630 from the parking lot, alone or with whomever shows up. Larry showed up. Then Lucas pulled in. We ran six — at mostly carefully spaced distance — and talked about the end of the world, or as like as it was becoming. Running has the potential to keep many of us sane through the crazy, and that was obvious even tonight. Hopefully the End of the World Run Club is long lived, but needed for less time than it seems from where I’m standing now.
