The crew is obsessed with hills and tempos. We started hills a couple weeks back and we build up to 12 repeats by the end of June. Tempos never end. We will run those until we're blue in the face, or standing on a race start line. I pushed it this time, adding a bit extra on the front and back by opting to run from home to the meeting place, then pushed it again by touching a 5 min/km pace for the duration of the tempo run. Fastest of the batch, and feeling great.
