According to my watch I needed to do about twenty-five minutes of running-adjacent training on Tuesday evening after work. According to the icy sidewalks, I was back inside on the track doing counter-clockwise laps through a crowded rec centre. I've been following the flab to fit, couch to half marathon training plan by Garmin. This means my plan appears as a prompt on my watch and I do what it says. So far it's been a slow build. So far so good.
